Since 1999, the Okanagan Knitting Retreat has attracted knitters of all levels, from those who have only recently mastered the art of knitting and purling to those who are designing their own patterns. The purpose of this retreat is to encourage, share and develop an independence and deeper appreciation for the knitting process.

The Retreat begins at 7 pm Friday May 27th and ends at lunchtime on Sunday May 29th. You may check in on Friday anytime after 2 p.m. Some participants like to arrive on Thursday to enjoy the Sorrento Centre and / or to take advantage ofoptional half-day Friday classes.

We are honoured to host the retreat on the traditional and unceded territory of the Secwepemc people. All peoples of all genders are welcome at the retreat.

Costs
$185.00 plus room/ board.
$50 for optional Friday afternoon workshops.

Each workshop has a variable materials fee. See each workshop for additional charges. There are a variety of accommodation options available.

All retreat attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination and a piece of government ID upon check-in. Sorrento Centre and the organizers of the Okanagan Knitting Retreat follow and respect all BC Public Health Orders.

*Cancellations may occur due to COVID. We will do our best to replace instructors if needed.
