The five core principles of good housing - sustainable, safe, stable, sociable, satisfying - go far beyond four walls, a roof and decent plumbing. To create good housing, you need to engage in creative home-making. Click on the link below for a brief video link with London (UK) Bishop Graham Tomlin, part of the Archbishop of Canterbury's national housing commission, as he outlines the basic foundations of good housing and good homes.

Faith communities, housing advocates, community-based groups have a great deal to contribute to home-making in neighbourhoods across Canada.

Listen to the video clip and then make plans to join our special four-part symposium on homefulness as the soution to homelessness starting Thursday, April 22.
